Question
I weigh 195lbs. I am 5 11 to 6 ft I would like to know how to get down to the lowest weight possible for me I also have a big chest should I go for cruiserweight or light heavy weight? I am also 21 years of age.I would also like to know what are the exact weight divisions for cruiser and light heavy.

Answer
Michael,

You need to do 2 things. You need to run 10 to 12 miles a week. Split it up into 3 or 4 miles each run.
Never miss breakfast in the morning, it starts your metabolism.... lay of the soft drinks.... easy on the bread.... drink plenty of water... smaller portions during meals...

your weight depends on your fat ratio....  you need to shoot for around 8 to 10% bodyfat...  unless your all muscle right now you likely should go for light heavy ....

   * Light flyweight (106 pounds)
   * Flyweight (112 pounds)
   * Bantamweight (119 pounds)
   * Featherweight (125 pounds)
   * Lightweight (132 pounds)
   * Light welterweight (141 pounds)
   * Welterweight (152 pounds)
   * Middleweight (165 pounds)
   * Light heavyweight (178 pounds)
   * Heavyweight (201 pounds)
   * Super heavyweight (+201 pounds).

good luck,

Jackson
