Boxing/Count Back

Question
How does count back work in establishing who wins a contest in amatuer boxing.
Thank you

Answer
A "count back" or "tie breaker" comes into play when the "accepted" score is tied at the end of three rounds.  In order to break the tie, the computer automatically throws out the high and the low in each boxer's accepted score and calculates the remaining numbers.  Hope this is clear.  If not, feel free to ask more questions.  8-)
