Question
Hi Joe,

First of all, let me thank you for having the time to answer my question. I'm from Portugal and I'm 19 years old, i'm really into boxing and i would really like to fight amateur or maybe pro, but before doing all that i want to train as hard as i can by myself until i feel fit enough to get a trainer and start from there giving 110%!! So, my question is, can you tell me what training methods should i have to improve? what kind of exercises should i do more often or how many times a week? thank you so much.

Answer
You should exercise probably 6 days per week but not always working the same muscles.  You should do various calestetics such as pushups, situps, dips, etc.  Weight lift lightly every other day, and of course run to build your stamina.  Good Luck.
