Question
Jackson,
I want to buy a double end bag, which one do you recommend. Should it be round or teardrop? Can you give me any recommendation on training with it?
thanx

Answer
Hi Frem,

There is a specific bag made for the double end. It has connectors at both ends with ball in the middle, so it looks exactly the same from top or bottom. I would suggest ringside or everlast.

The double end bag is for rhythm and hand to eye coordination. Start off with a jab. You don't need to hit it hard. Get a rhythm going, the bag will tell you when your off because you will miss-hit it. The bag's rhythm doesn't lie.
Put some combinations together later as you get to know the bag. When you can complete a 3 or 4 punch combo without breaking rhythm, you are in business.

good luck,

Jackson
