Boxing/punching power and weight loss

Question
Hi, I just wanted to know what I can do to increase my punching power, like make my punch harder. I also wanted to know an effective way to lose weight. Currently I am around 170 pounds but I want to get down to around welterweight or super welterweight.

Answer
The way to punch harder starts with the feet turning the knees then hips and keeping elbows in.  If you are serious about learning hard punching techniques you can go to my website at www.boxingdoneright.com then click on the video instruction, there you will find 4 videos the first one is free.  It is very hard to describe in writing.  I also have a recommended diet that my fighters use on the website as well.  Try a good high protein type diet that includes allot of meats and fishes.

Thanks,

Joe
