Question
i am an amateur boxing who has been fighting at 132 lbs for over a year now. well i'm about 5,5" and small for my weight and my coach feels like i'm too short and too small for my weight class and i'm trying to make 119 but i dont know how to lose the weight and stay strong at the same time. i started taking a lot of fiber in my diet like apples, bananas, and oranges and i take a drink called LEAN SHAKE wich is filled with amino acids and a little protein and helps with weight loss. i lift weights 2-3 times a week and run almost everyday am i doing things right?

Answer
No you are not doing right.  Those things that you are consuming actually may be healthy but turn to sugar too easily and will actually add weight.  More lean meats, and chicken as well as some fish and mostly green vegetables will lose the weight you need.  If you want to supplement your meals drink a whey protein drink mixed with water and drink 8 to 12 glasses of water daily.

Thanks,

Joe
