Boxing/Training to hit harder and still have endurance?

Question
I fought for several years at 165lbs as a younger fighter.  I am 6'2 and now weigh 230lbs.  I havnt fought for about 5 years.  I know that I need to hit harder as a heavyweight but still want to have endurance.  I would like to get down to 210 over the next 4 months and not loose any powewr.  What should I do to increase punching power and loose some much needed weight.  I wouldnt mind fighting pro in the future.  I am only 27.

Jeff

Answer
Well if you have too much bodyfat at 210 I would not recommend fighting at that weight.  High protein diets work the best for weight loss of athletes, and before you exercise to build power I would suggest that you check your form first, because if you are not spinning your heels and turning your hips while keeping your elbows in then the problem lies there.  In most cases this is what it is.

Thanks,
