Question
Hi, I recently had a sparring match and noticed a few things about myself. What do you suggest I do to increase my endurance? I only sparred for 3 rounds, but I thought I was going to die. Also, what can I do to make my leg movements better and not get tired as fast. I also had trouble with my punches. My punches got slower and slower and my arms got tired way too fast, so I kept dropping my guard. What can I do to keep my arms from dropping and decreasing in punching speed? Much appreciated!

Answer
I hate to simplfy your well thought out question with such a basic answer, but the truth is you are not in shape and must increase your running distance and amount.  Same way with rope jumping, and other exercises.  They need to be increased and get in better condition overall.

Thanks,

Joe
