I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT A PUNCH BAG WITH MITS AND WRAPS..PLEASE COULD YOU ADVISE ME ON THE CORRECT WAY TO WRAP MY HANDS WITH THE WRAPS

Hand wraps are a vital part of protection for punching the heavy bag and contact sports.  There are various ways to wrap the hands, and there is some great text and video's available online.  Here are a few links to some great demo's and I think you should choose the system you both understand and think will work for our situation.
