Question
Hello,
I am not sure if you know any Thai boxing drills, but i was wondering if you would be able to give me some drills for boxing. Most importantly would you recommend any type of video that would be helpful for gaining the fundamentals of the sport because where i am located there are zero thai boxing or boxing gyms, ironic because i am in a Marine town. Thanks.

Answer
Hi Gene,

Sorry I'm a bit late answering this but I had a family emergency that took me away from any internet connections.

I am not a Muay thai trainer, but I would say the physical training for endurance would be the same for a boxer or any other combat athlete. For fighting techniques, and video for that, I would recommend a free source first. Youtube has many muay thai videos.
