Question
If a guy is coming up in wieght class and his opponent is coming down in weight, which fighter is going to have more power?

Answer
That would vary on who the fighter is, and which one is closer to his or her natural bodyweight, that is weight that is not a bunch of excess flab but a chisled fight weight.  Also there are many fighters that are middleweights that have a heavyweight punch, so it would be impossible to tell.
