hi i live in the uk i will be turning 30 in a few months and was wondering what the cut off age is to start an amature boxing or is it to late already

Hi Lee,
Thanks for the question.
You can box as an amateur in regular competition through the age of 34. After that age, competition is severely restricted and contingent upon successful completion of a significant medical exams.
