Boxing - body type for boxing

Expert: Tony Spain - 11/6/2009

Question
hi i am a beginner and 13 and 6 foot 1 and 149 pounds i was wondering if that is a good body type for boxing.

Answer
Dan, what is great about the sport of boxing, is that you can be any body type and you can use that to your advantage. With your height and reach, you should use your range and keep boxers at the end of your punches. You jab, you rule. Keep punching, Tony Spain 941.302.4181
