Question
hi, i am 18 years old and very interested in boxing, kickboxing MMA etc. i wanted to know if i am to old to start boxing and getting serious with it? i am a big fan of fedor emelienko and would like to fight like him someday.

Hello Nieko, You can start learning at any age, but I would recommend you train with people that have been involved in competition, if you want to compete. At my gym,the instructors have either competed or are currently competing in their field. You will start learning what is effective and works, instead of just a cardio crap class.
