Question
hey joe, i just read a reply by one of u guys quote "you wouldnt want to be 5'6 (height) and weigh 200 pounds." unquote. i am 5'6, and am strength training, and learning how to box. i want to fight in the heavyweight, 81kg category. Is there anything i need to know, like, to be a good fighter, there's the ideal height to weight ratio or anything like that?

Answer
Not necessarialy a ratio but at 5 ft. 6 in. you would have a rough way to go in the heavyweight class.  Many 130 lbs fighters are this height.  Your reach would be a real disadvantage.  I would lower your weight to fight in a lower weight class.
