Question
Is there any way an amateur boxer can earn money, and if so, how much would be an estimate (tournaments, endorsements, etc...)

Answer
Elite boxers are eligible for training stipends won through winning the U.S. Championships and some international tournaments.  The monies are placed in a trust account and given out as needed.  The amounts vary.  Amateur boxers do not get paid for boxing.
