hi joe i was wondering if you could write me a fitness training routine for boxing i have just started back now i have had 6 bouts but i have lost my last 4 down to fitness i have just started running two miles in the morning is it enough

Answer
Your request would be too indepth for me to answer but 2 miles is not enough road work you need at least 4 miles.  All I can tell you is that you need a to work out in rounds of 3 minutes with a couple of rounds on each of the bags along with rope skipping.

I have trained beginning boxers as well as accomplished professionals. I have owned and managed my own gym outside of Atlanta Georgia and currently do personilized boxing instruction and training in Tampa Florida.
