Hello Allen ,
Do where Can i Get instrucrions on how to wrap my hands properly before hitting th bag?, i would be Gratfull for any help.
Also We share a surname and i was wondering if there was a relation , i do belive that my farther had relatives in the states but that was a long time ago, still i thought i would ask you .

Anyway thank you in advance for any advice you are able to give my on wraping my hands before hitting the bag .

Hello Johnathan,

Wrapping your hands is a great source of hand protection and really supports the small hand bones. There are lots of ways to wrap the hands so I would say there is no "one" standard way, but here are a few links to find several methods.  Look at several and chose the one that is easiest to understand, doesn't take long and feels comfortable to you.

If you are wrapping mostly for light bag work, than it doesn't have to be too complicated or as "perfect" as if you are going to do heavy punching on a large heavy bag or competitive work.

Yes we share a surname. I don't know if we are distant relations but how cool would that be?!  My fathers parents came from Europe in the early 1930's and I think their name was originally spelled COHN, but it got changed to KAHN at Ellis Island in NY when they immigrated to the US, so I don't know my real ancestry before them.
