Question
Saw the "annapolis" and saw a training aide that was a tennis ball and it was attached to a resistance band or huge rubber band.  Would be perfect to help with my tae-kwon-do training.  What's it called, and where can I get one?

Answer
Hello Mary,

I have heard of such things but have never seen one. I did not see the movie "Annapolis" so I can't say specifically what that device  was or if it is a product available via retail.  I have not seen one like that on any boxing or MMA equipment site and I would think you best bet is to make one, for it was probably a home made device anyhow. You could get a bungee cord and attached it to a tennis ball in some fashion. I have never done that so can't really say how to do it.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck in your training.

sincerely,

Alan Kahn
