Question So I obtained my Passbook on March 27, 2009. I am not apart of a boxing club nor am I of a team. When I got my passbook, it appeared that everything was filled out but the registeration number part was blank. Is there something I was supposed to fill out or ask for when I recieved my passbook?

Thanks for the question.
I believe you're referring to the place on the book where your registration sticker will go. When you register each year, you get a sticker to place in your passbook. The sticker contains your registration number.
