Question
i am living outside USA i am 17 and half years old i am about 73 kg i practiced boxing 3 years ago but that was only for fun.now i want to practice boxing as a pro .i will go after one month from now.i prefer playing as out boxer my speed is good and my dodging is a top notch also my power is moderate.i know all the basics punches so my technique is good too.my major problem is my stamina its not very good as my limit to go out at full strength and speed is about 2 or 4 minutes and my cardio is not very good too  so can you please help me with these too.another question : i heard that when one wants to go pro his better to be broken is that right? and if it is how will this affect me i mean my sense of smell and my look.please help me improve my self before this month  as i need to have a very good impression on my new coach as you know first impression is very important .so tell me some exercises to deal with my stamina and cardio problems.and please tell me how much should i do sit ups and push up in a week so please reply as soon as possible.

Answer
Heavy bag work of about 200 punches per round will help your cardio as well as rope jumping.  Situps should be done every day and I would recommend about 4 sets of 50 or work up to that if you cannot already.  Pushups probably 4 times per week with about the same type of sets and reps or work up to that point.
