ANSWER: Marty, are you punching bags in your boxing class ? Did the instructor show you how to wrap your hands for support ? Do you hands hurt or are they shaking ? Marty, i need to know these answers so i can narrow it down. Thanks, Tony Spain Absolute Boxing & MMA in Sarasota, fl 941.302.4181

QUESTION: Sorry should have provided more detail. I actually did not have any wrap on for support. I am a novice and was unaware. The punching bags were in the gym class. Hands do not hurt however they do shake while typing. I also feel tension in my forearms while typing. Please let me know if there is more information you need me to provide.

Mary, if your hands are shaking, that is a sign of blood flow to your hands. If your hands hurt, they are not wrapped or punching properly. I have a video for sale on my site that shows proper hand wrapping and punching techniques. Keep punching, Tony Spain 941.302.4181 www.tonyspain.com
