Question
Hi Alan
I'm looking for boxing moves and punches information
Could you give me training program for how workout myself?
Thank you

Answer
Hello Evren,

so Sorry to have been so long answering your question. I have been gone longer than I expected.

First of all, I am more of a "speed bag specialist" and do not train boxers specifically.

No amount of text, writing or video can take the place of an individualized personal trainer. If you are going to compete in boxing you will really neeed a personal coach. If you are going to workout alone or at home for fitness, there are plenty of boxing, punching training video's on  Youtube.  Here are a few links:

....and there are many more by some very knowledgeable trainers. Query by "Boxing Training" or "boxer exercises".  I would you suggest you continue doing a total body fitness workout as for over all fitness besides the specific boxing activities. You can NEVER go wrong with training articles from RossTraining.com

He trains boxers, Mix Martial Artists and extreme athletes. He is a trainer to the trainers.

Good luck and, again, My apologies for taking so long to reply.

sincerely
