Question
How many days should a pro boxer rest between fights?

Answer
Hello Jo, I suggest a month rest between bouts, based on their level of their activities. Early in a boxers career, the fights are frequent to get the fighter moving on the win track, but as you progress as a fighter, the fights become harder and competition tougher. Then alot of different elements are involved based on the previous fight. Are you currently a boxer ? Feel free to call me with any questions.
