Boxing/punching power

Question
I heard many people tell me that I am a natural hard puncher. I never really
thought this, but since this is what trainers and other boxers tell me I can't
help but believe them, right? I was wondering if there are any disadvantages
to being a hard puncher. For example, greater risk for certain injuries? I was
also wondering if there was any way to increase my punching power to more
than what I have naturally. Thanks for your time.

Answer
Daniel,

There are no problems with punching hard. It is a nice asset.

Over time you will punch harder if your still in the novice division. Harder punching some from proper form, strong abs and core, and low bodyfat. Try to be as strong as possible in your chosen weight division and get your form as close to perfect as possible.

good luck
