Question
hey Jackson, i wanted to know what i should be doing on the day of a fight. I've read previous answers you've given on what to eat the day before and the day of. so i was just curious on what i should be doing to past time leading up to a fight at 7 o'clock at night. thanx in advance

Answer
Jeff,

You just need to relax and conserve your energy. You should be drinking water all day of course. But as far as activity your not going to do much of anything. After your last meal you should go for a walk about a half mile and start thinking about your training and what your going to do in the fight.

What you do right before the fight is unique to each boxer. Some like to get a light sweat going  by jumping rope, shadowboxing or some pad work and others don't want to do anything but rest. Whatever relaxes your nerves the most is what you should do.

good luck
