Question
I'm training for a boxing fight that im gana have April 7th i dont have a trainner but i train with a couple of my frieds. But need some tips on how to be a better fighter. everytime we spar and they get me in the corner i cant hit back what can i do about that?
how can i gain speed and stamina??

Answer
This is a tough question to answer in writing but I will tell you one thing your mechanics and footwork need work if you are in the corner in the first place.  You should never allow a fighter to get inside of about 4 feet from you if you are backed up in a corner.  Also what most fighters forget when they are taking a pummeling in the corner is they do still have feet and can move.  Speed is partially God given talent however if you are throwing punches truly correct you should still be very fast.
