Boxing/amateur boxing clubs of the 30's

I'm trying to get information about my father.
Julie kornblatt, I believe he belonged to Catholic Boys club of N.Y.C. in the 30's.anything would help thanks.
There is no archive for amateur boxing records and no one kept track of their bouts until 1987. My best suggestion is for you to check the archives of the local papers in cities where your father might have competed. You could also do an internet search on the Catholic Boys Club. Good luck!
