Question
Is it true that a boxer is not supposed to have sex before a fight and that sex makes a boxer weak? If it is true then how long before a fight is he supposed to refrain from sex?
You can answer your own question. Would you want to fight anyone when you have burned energy that you could have used for your fight. That goes for sex or anything too active. You should go into a fight at your highest energy level and at the top of your game.
