Can you give a ballpark percentage of how many professional boxers make over $100k per fight?

Less than 1% of all professional boxers make 100K per fight. You have to be ranked in the top 5 or 6 (at least) of a division to pull 100K per fight or more. Usually it is the top five. The only exceptions are big name former champions who retired and came back. They are a draw because of their name and their history but may not be back in the top ten yet.
As you drop down below featherweight, the money drops also. The really small guys are not a draw so they have to be in the top 3 or 4 and most of their money is made in Asia.
Cruiserweight is the same way, but it is worse because these guys mostly fight in the states so you would just about have to be fighting for a title to pull 100K. At least in Asia the small guys are somewhat of a draw.

Experience
I have been in the sport of boxing since 1984. I started as a boxer and advanced quickly. I was lucky enough to have some of the best sparring in the country with 3 top ten pros in my very gym. I am fortunate enough to live near one of the better boxing programs in the country. We have cultivated our facility into the largest Amateur Boxing Gym in the country. In the mid 90's I became a trainer for Golden Gloves. I train amateur and pro fighters. I have worked in many corners at USA and Golden Glove tournaments. I have worked corners in pro bouts on HBO and ESPN cards. My friend, boss and coach is the former President of Golden Gloves and I trained under his tutelage.
