Boxing/can boxing be good for females

will Iam 19 years old and I'ev been wanna to box for 7 or 8 years now but my mom didn't have the money and I didn't know to much about females boxers I just want to know are their females pro boxers and a females league.
Yes, there are quite a few professional women boxers. You're better off if you get your experience as an amateur boxer before turning pro.
