Question
id like to know some effective techniques for weight loss be it plyometrics, anarobics aerobics ,in specifics jus some of the drills or exercises...also how many fights can a pro fighter have in 1 year....not top level pro i kno they fight 2-3 times a year ...more like jus becoming pro and needing as many fights as possible

Answer
It is not so much in your exercise or type of exercise that is the main thing for weight loss.  It is diet and what you eat.  Fighters vary on how many bouts per year.  The factors are how many round fights and their conditioning.  It is not unusual for a fighter to fight every 6 weeks.  Naturally though this would not make sense if you were fighting a bunch of 12 round championship fights.
