hi you doing i am 28 years old 6'9 275 ex ball player just trying to become a boxer i think i am very good i have skill speed and heart to hold a belt in the heavy weight division no trainer yet what should i do to reach that goal i am in salisbury,md

The best thing you can do is start out in amateur boxing where you will be trained correctly and become experienced.  You'll need at least a year of experience; more would be better.  If you are interested please email me at mel@amateurboxing.com, remind me the city and state you live in and I'll send you a contact.
