Question
i need to know what muscles you use when you punch and the movment they perform for an anatomy project please help me

Answer
Well for a professional boxer the twist of the hips is key so the oblique muscles come in to play, then for the snap the deltoid muscles need to operate, then you have your tricep muscles as well as the teres major and minor muscles of the back.
