hi joe....

what s the diffrence b/w boxing and kick boxing...

what s the difference b/w professional and amateur boxing...

i m 21 now is it too old..?

i m just 103 pound(47 kg) is it enough body to learn boxing..?? height 5'8..

but many of them says u should hav very good shape to learn boxing..but i m looking slim but my brother said that i hav more strength....

The difference between boxing and kickboxing is obvious in that you use your feet, but there is a difference in the persons balance with the kickboxer being in position to kick.  Professional and amateur boxing vary many ways in rules and rounds.  There are too many to mention but one important thing is that the professional gets paid and the amateur does not.  You do have to be in great shape to box effectively but there is weight classes that handle your weight.  No 21 is not too late.

I have trained beginning boxers as well as accomplished professionals.
