Thanx in advance

Answer
EFF,

All weight lifting should be stopped for the week.

All sparring should be done with a face cage head gear.

No sparring after Tuesday.

Get full 8 hours of sleep every night....get up and go to bed at the same time ...eat at the same time everyday and take note as to the time of day you take a dump...

Normal run and/or workouts mon and tues...

wednesday - light workout, light run, no sparring.

thursday - no workout out, no run , no sparring.... eat, sleep and rest ...start drinking water throughout the day

friday - good breakfast... a satisfying lunch... no soft drinks...no chocolate... plenty of water....light dinner....nothing but water 3 hours prior to fight.... food should be digested, you should feel light in the stomach, hydrated and ready to roll.

good luck,
