Question
Yes sir, my question is how to turn pro and if there are any qualifications needed to do so. I would also ask how I find fights without a manager. thank you

Answer
It depends on which state you are fighting in. You have to get a license to fight in each state. Most fights are in about 6 or 7 states so boxers usually just apply for a license in each state ahead of time.
Most of the time it involves just filling out a form, getting a couple of photos, passing a physical and paying a fee.

Well you could try to hook up with a promoter. You can also call some casinos who hold monthly boxing venues and see if you can get on their list. A manager is usually there to negotiate contracts and matches and sometimes approve or decline opponents. So if your going to do it yourself, bone up on your business skills.

good luck
