Question
can you advise what i should be eating everyday ..i am a heavyweight with 3 fights behind me ..can you eat anything and what about fried foods ...please advise ...dillon

Answer
Val Dillon,

If you are an amateur heavyweight then you have to make weight at 201...if you are a pro heavyweight then you don't have to make weight so the advice would be different for each. Generally speaking, you want to stay as lean as possible. You never should have to go on a major diet. Solid guidelines along with your training should keep you lean.

Cut out all soft drinks, Never miss breakfast, don't eat right before bed, order roasted or baked instead of fried, skim milk and easy on the bread. You don't really need to eat any less amounts unless you are having trouble making 201 as an amateur.

good luck
