Question
Hello I'm a certified boxing coach with USA Boxing. Been certified for two years this winter. This year I want to move up a level but I'm thinking of soon getting a professional trainers license for boxing maybe a year or two from now ofcourse. I would like to know what i would have to do in order to obtain this license? I feel like being on that level would just guarantee my work when it comes to credentials. Thank you!

Answer
Hi Eddie - I'm not really sure what you are asking.  If you want a pro boxing license, you'll need to contact the boxing commission in your state and see what their requirements are.  I doubt that having the various USA Boxing certifications levels will help much since they are different sports for the most part.  The certifications in USA Boxing will allow you to eventually work at the national and international levels.
