Question
I've been a trainer for many years in Puerto rico. I now live in  Wisconsin and have a fighter that I've been training, but I don't have a coaching license here. My question is: do I need to belong to a club or what? Or can I be independent?

Answer
If you are asking about amateur boxing, you do not need to belong to a club in order to register as a non-athlete.  You will need to attend a 6-8 hour certification clinic before you can work the corner.  If you are referring to pro boxing, you will need to contact the Wisconsin boxing commission for answers.
