Question
Where can I find the 4 tapes that you mention in your basic trainig video that go in to greater detail?

Answer
Hi Ray.

For the Four-tape series, go here:

http://www.ringside.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=SBV%20S&variation=&aitem=14&mi...
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
for descriptions of each tape, look on the bottom of this page:

http://www.ringside.com/store/products.asp?dept=2

and click on each individual tape.

If you have the single 2_hr. DVD, then you have a quick explanation and Demo of the 24 techniques I teach. These are covered in more detail and longer demo's in Tapes 1,2 and 3.  Tape 1 covers equipment and punching from front and back ( 7 techniques) and linking ( passing fists through bag). Tape 2 covers the 12 Elbow Strikes. Tape 3 covers the 6 side techniques. Tape 4 covers "advanced combinations", which is NOT on the single DVD/video. (Actually, I think advanced Front-Fist Rolling IS quickly shown on the single DVD....) Tape 4 is for the serious folks who want to break the rules of rhythm and start creating new combinations

( basically, most of the advanced combinations all hinge on the Side Single Punch, which is the secret technique that glues these combinations)

Tapes 2,3,4 all open with Quick reviews of the earlier tapes

Ask Ringside if you can have it on DVD. I sent them DVD's to copy, but I don't see them listed on their website. If you would rather have it on DVD, email me at speedbag@hot.rr.com, and I will make arrangements.

I hope this answers your question and thanks for using the speed bag bible. I hope it is increasing your speed bag enjoyment!

sincerely,
