Question
What are the best sizes for speed bags and double end bags.  I am athletic, have kids and would consider a couple of different sizes for each type.

Thank you.

Answer
Hi Mike,   for the kids you would go with the larger sizes and for adults as yourself you want the smaller speedbags and double end bags. the smaller bags are faster and more difficult to hit. Go to www.ringside.com and check out there selection. Their products are fairly priced and good quality ( I have no connection). This much better stuff than you can get in the sporting goods store.

Thanks for the question.....
