I was just wondering who I would have to contact to become a liscensed professional boxer in the state of Illinois?  Thank You for your help

You need to contact the Illinois Boxing Commission.
Here's the necessary information:

Illinois - 312-814-2721
ILLINOIS BOXING COMMISSION
100 WEST RANDOLPH SUITE 9-300
CHICAGO, IL 60601

They should be able to guide you through the process for obtaining a license in that state.
