Was there ever a boxer called "The Detroit Destroyer"?

Thanks for the question.
The only boxer to whom I've occasionally heard that nickname attributed was Joe Louis, who was much more famously known as "The Brown Bomber." Other than that, none of the searches I ran turned up a result for the Detroit Destroyer.
