-----Question-----
What do you think i should do with my jump rope and crossbow weight machine, like how should i jump and run and stuff?
-----Answer-----
Obviously you should use your training equipment and follow a total body workout on your crossbow machine.  I prefer free weights myself.  The jump rope should be used like you box, in rounds of 3 min. and rest a minute.  Running should be done to relax and to build your stamina and endurance.  It is also a good way to lose weight.  Build up slowly till you can run 5 miles daily.  This is a slow process and will take some time so don't rush in to it and run 5 miles right off the bat.

Joe

Answer
When you train you should exert but not to the point of harm such as cramps.  You need to progress in slower increments.  I cannot say how much you should run right now because everyones conditioning is different.  If you can run a mile without any problem then try a 1.20 miles next, when this becomes easy then try 1.40 miles and continue in this manner.  Of course all runners will experience breathlessness during their runs but once again I do not know your particular physical condition.  You might want to consult your physician first because he can analyze your physical condition, weight, age, bodyfat etc.

Thanks,

Joe
