Boxing/Cobra Reflex Bag

Question
I am an amateur 56 year old boxing wanna be.  I loved hitting my double ended striking bag but I can't set it up in my new house.  What about a Cobra Reflex Striking Bag?

Does it develop hand-eye coordination and reflexes as well as a double-ended bag?  Thanks.

Answer
Hi Lee,

Sorry to hear you can make your Double End Bag work in your new home. A cobra reflex bag is a reliable alternative. I actually have one on my back porch also. Makes for a fun little workout while I'm Bar-B-Queing. HA!  But also very good for many martial arts kicks. I'm in my 50's also, and I really like having it.

It also has a kind of Rhythm of it's own. As you hit it, you will hear the spring recoil, and you can establish a rhythm much like a speed bag.

Good luck with it. I think you will enjoy using it.

sincerely,
