Answer
Hello again Danish,

Being "Technical" usually refers to the form and flow of your moves, making each precise and correctly, as not to waste motion or look out of control.

To increase your technical ability, I would suggest you pick 3 or 4 of YOUR favorite combinations, ( say, Jab, Jab, Right Cross, Left Hook. or  Jab, Right Cross, Left Jab, Right Uppercut....)  and practice each VERY SLOWLY.  Feel each movement as it occurs and make sure your FORM (Body Position and Balance ) are correct.  Do this time and time again for each combination so that each part of the combination is correct in form, function and balance.

Being Technically correct is important since correct movement will eliminate any wasted motion.  AS you clean up your technique, and make it more efficient, you can begin doing these combinations faster and faster until you can do them correctly at full speed. Then your cleaner technique will allow your power to be harnessed more efficiently and will help you deliver it faster. So when you clean up your technique and eliminate wasted motion, you will be MORE technically correct, faster and perhaps hit even harder.

then you will not only "stick & move" faster and harder, you will look good doing it .

As always, Good luck and train safely.

sincerely,
