Question
QUESTION: I got an Everlast High Performance Speed Bag Platform and i need to know what kind of screws and stuff i should use to mount it to the studs in my garage.

ANSWER: HI Joseph,

Congratulations on your new platform!  Personally, I have always used 1x4 wood runners up the wall and used wood screws to attach them, like these: http://store.nutsandbolts.com/wood-screws-flat-head-phillips-fws62p.html

then I put the metal vertical speed bag brackets on with
lag bolts such as these: http://store.nutsandbolts.com/lag-bolts-hex-zinc-coarse.html

That has always worked for me. I have three speed bag units up in my home and each one has that setup.

Good luck with hanging your unit and your training.
