Question
Would also playing football effect my boxing career? Shuld I stop playing football to focus on boxing, or can I still do both?

Answer
You should be able to do both, but you will sacrifice some.  If you want to work toward becoming an elite amateur boxer, you will have to devote a lot of time to training and competing and the football season would take away from that time.  It really boils down to which sport you are most interested in pursuing.
