Answer
Hi Sultan,  you will need two straight on head shots of your self, a copy of your birth certificate, driver's license if your over 16 and $50 bucks. I would call the gym and make sure about the money because the southern LBC used to be $39 bucks a year but you have a different LBC up there and they can change the registration fee on their own. I said $50 just to be on the safe side. If you are under 18 you will have to have a parent or guardian sign your registration form. One photo will go on on your form and the other one will go in your passbook. Your passbook you need to keep in a safe place. You will take it with you to every fight and the doctor will sign it before every fight and your win/loss record will be kept in the book. You will not be able to fight if you do not have your passbook at each fight. If you want to workout while your there you should only need to bring your gym clothes and some hand wraps. You might as well go ahead and get a mouthpiece while your there even though you shouldn't be sparring your first day. They should have gloves at the gym. Handwraps will cost around 8 bucks and a mouthpiece will be from 5 to $15 depending on what you get. Your handwraps will get dirty and stinky pretty quick from all the sweating and be carrying tons of germs from the gloves that 50 million people have worn. Be sure to wash your hands when you get done working out and when you wash the handwraps put them in the washer by themselves because the dye will come off and ruin the rest of your clothes. I've seen this happen many times.

best of luck....
